We had an ongoing electrical issue with a circuit breaker which kept tripping, and outlets that were not working in two bathrooms. Two electricians came to fix this without success. Enter Felix Carrion. We discussed the issue, that the circuit breaker had been replaced twice, the wiring inspected twice, and that the outlets still did not work. About an hour later, Felix gave me the thumbs up, as he identified and fixed the issue, an improperly wired neutral wire. “No job too small – open 24hrs and take all emergency calls.”

Derrick came to our home and cleaned out our HVAC ducts and dryer vent. We are the original owners of our unit and after 5 years decided to have the ducts cleaned. The amount of construction debris, (screws, drywall and wiring) left in the duct work was shocking. Derrick also sprayed a disinfectant into the vents. The air smells and feels so much cleaner. Tim and his crew came to us via another painter who was recommended to us by Koopman Lumber (Grafton). We required a painter who would tackle the walls and ceiling in our great room (18 foot height). The initial painter could not reach extreme heights, and recommended Tim. Tim and crew did a wonderful job, are very professional, tidy, and neat taking care of all the details one would expect of professionals entering your home to conduct work. Tim listens, and comprehends expectations. Tim makes an effort to communicate in detail what services will be provided to conclude the job. Tim deliveries as promised. Also, he will tell if there is something he cannot do, and will pass along a recommendation. They are non-smokers, extremely polite, and respectful of the homeowner and property. If you find a spot or some anomaly that you consider to be a workshop matter, they address it.

We hired this contractor to do our windows and to pressure wash one of our decks. They utilize special cleaners for both the windows and deck washing, both of which are highly effective. The window solution leaves no streaks and protects them effectively for a period of time. The solution(s) utilized for the deck is/are also highly effective in eliminating molds, pollen and other debris.
